Why I Created The Storyteller

When I launched this newsletter, my goal was to create a space where leaders—especially Black leaders and STEM professionals—could find actionable strategies, thought-provoking stories, and a sense of community. Leadership can be challenging, and I wanted to share insights and tools that have helped me navigate this journey.

Through storytelling, my hope has been to spark reflection, inspire growth, and encourage you to step boldly into your own leadership potential. This platform has been a labor of love and a testament to the power of sharing experiences and learning from one another.
